NIBU creates cinematic films that feel honest, atmospheric, and emotionally rich. Inspired by travel, human connection, and a timeless sense of aesthetics, every frame is designed to be felt long after it is seen.

People often ask me how I got into filmmaking. The truth is… I never planned it.

A close friend of mine used to work in a nursing home. One day She said that towards the end of life, people don't talk about money or expensive things. They talk about memories. About the people they loved. The holidays they took together. The little moments that once felt ordinary but suddenly became everything.

Some are lucky enough to have old photos or videos they can look back on.

Others don't.

That stayed with me.

A few years later, in 2018, I moved to the Philippines to reconnect with my roots. I ended up living and working there for over a year. During that time, I met someone who had an incredible eye for aesthetics. He loved creating travel vlogs, storys and taking photos-not professionally, but still professional in its way, just because he genuinely enjoyed capturing the world in his own way.

Watching him create made me curious. Curiosity became passion.

Looking back, I honestly don't think NIBU would exist without that chapter of my life.

Today, filmmaking means something completely different to me. Of course I love beautiful hotels, luxury brands and aesthetic visuals. But that's never the real reason I pick up a camera.

For me, it's about creating something that will still mean something years from now.

Because one day, today's ordinary moments become tomorrow's most valuable memories.

That's why I created NIBU.
